Position


The Treasury Back Office Specialist contributes to the efficient operations of the Treasury Department by ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high service standards. The role is responsible for executing daily Treasury Back Office activities, processing incoming tickets and queries in a timely manner, and delivering reports and analysis. It also supports process improvements and automation initiatives, ensures compliance with JSOX and internal policies, and provides assistance to team members and stakeholders.

 

Responsibilities:
  • Execute daily Treasury Back Office activities with a high level of accuracy and compliance
  • Process incoming tickets and queries in a timely and effective manner
  • Ensure adherence to existing policies, procedures, and JSOX controls, updating documentation as required
  • Contribute to system improvements by supporting ongoing initiatives and proposing enhancements
Requirements
  • University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Treasury Back Office, Treasury systems, Payments, or Cash Management
  • Strong command of English, both oral and written
  • Working knowledge of Treasury Back Office processes and Deal Settlement platforms; SAP BP knowledge is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (preferably SAP)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and adapt to a fast-changing environment
